Guidelines for the Application of Using the Close Stack AV Material for Teaching Purpose Print
  1. Lecturer has to submit the application 3 days before the Close Stack AV material can be brought for class use. The material should be returned to the library immediately after use. If the library is closed, please return it on the next day before 9:30am.
  2. Lecturer and staff are allowed to borrow Close Stack AV material for one week.
  3. For the purpose of teaching, the reproduction of Close Stack AV materials will be permitted with prior application to the chief librarian. Cassettes for reproduction should be self-prepared.
  4. The Library reserves the rights to change any of the above regulations at their discretion.
