Guidelines for using Group Discussion Room Print

1.         Rooms are provided on ‘first come, first serve’ basis.

2.         Applicant can register with Student Identity Card (ID) and fill up an application form at the Counter.

3.         A minimum of 3 students to a maximum of 8 students are prerequisite for each room. 

4.         Rooms can be occupied for not exceeding 4 hours.

5.         Regulations:

5.1         Groups which do not show up within the first 30 minutes will have their reservation being forfeited.

5.2          Please vacate the room within 15 minutes after the reserved hour(s).

5.3          Reservation hour cannot be extended.

5.4          Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited in the room.

5.5          Keep the room clean.

5.6          Users are not allowed to move the facilities in the room.

5.7          Users cannot exchange, transfer or change the time reserved.

5.8          While using the room, the door should be closed but not locked.

5.9          Make sure everything is clean and in order before leaving the room.

Monday – Friday

8:30am– 4:30pm

8:30am–3:45pm

Saturday

8:30am– 11:45am

 

7.         User who infringes any of the above regulations will have the library privileges forfeited.

8.         Any amendments deemed appropriate will be made from time to time.
