1.     Guidelines on using the CD-ROM or accessing the online databases.

2.     Provide tutorial for the new intake of students.

3.     Users can request for the tutorial on specific databases. A minimum of four users are required for each class. And, appointment should be made through the reference service desk three days before.

4.     To support the teaching and learning, the library will conduct instruction program on how to use the online databases effectively.
